3:16 Then two prostitutes came to the king and stood before him.

The Building of the Royal Palace

7:1 Solomon took thirteen years to build his palace. ¹

7:11 Above the foundation ²  the best ³  stones, chiseled to the right size, ⁴  were used along with cedar.

8:14 Then the king turned around ⁵  and pronounced a blessing over the whole Israelite assembly as they stood there. ⁶

12:3 They sent for him, ⁷  and Jeroboam and the whole Israelite assembly came and spoke to Rehoboam, saying,
